Connections are configured for your team. Import, refresh and delivery behavior depend on the source and the workflow.

Five years in solutions engineering.
One recurring problem worth solving.

After working across implementations, integrations and custom features, Connor kept seeing the same problem: requirements and scope getting lost between conversations and delivery. Daybreak is built to keep the customer and the team working from the same understanding.

A few practical details

Start with a
real workflow.

Who is Daybreak for?

Customer-facing technical teams at software companies. We start with Solutions Engineering and Sales Engineering, with connected workspaces for FDE and Customer Success teams that share the same customer work.

What can we try today?

Daybreak is a working product available for a guided demo. Explore discovery, evaluations, delivery plans and customer outcomes. We’ll agree on the workflow, connections and deployment requirements before starting a team pilot.

Do we need to replace our CRM or ticketing tools?

Daybreak brings customer context and technical work together around your existing systems. It can import selected records, review source material and deliver approved tasks. The exact sync and refresh behavior depends on each connection; it is not a replacement for every system of record.

What does the AI do?

AI can help prepare meeting briefs, extract findings and draft answers from selected sources. You review the output and supporting context. Workflows that share information or send tasks have an explicit review or approval step.

How do pilots and pricing work?

Start with a focused walkthrough, then agree on a recurring workflow, participating team, success measures and commercial terms. Pricing is being validated with early teams. We’ll define data access, retention and hosting before a pilot begins.
